Who is saying this?

The last time I heard this not art nonsense was nerly 30 years ago. Photography has been considered are for a long time - at least with the people I know. The prices for photography are certainly art-like. As are the wonderful galleries that show the phtography next to the art with no acts of minimization of the photography. I didn't realize it was still a 'thing'.
