Truth is, AI "art" is already looking generic and kinda boring. The aesthetic is becoming instantly identifiable. I was a bit worried initially, but no longer.
People too lazy or uninterested to learn to make art, will be quick to leave AI since they cannot create anything of value (not copyrightable nor can it be trademarked or owned in any way). In addition to that, the idea that a "prompt" is a big deal is laughable, also not copyrightable. We are quickly reaching the point where AI is ubiquitous and nothing that is ubiquitous has any value.
