My groups have none of this.

We simply don't allow it.

No second chances. No mercy.

Most of mine are private.

The two open groups however are just as respectful and positive as my private groups.

It isn't the platform, it's the wastrels that dominate it. Don't let them in and don't focus on quantity - focus on getting good people together.
