If it doesn’t hurt or create problems, I wouldn’t think it unethical.

However, claiming that it was in the wild without mentioning the baiting could be in some situations. If it was entered into a contest that excluded the behavior, then certainly it would be a problem, but that would be with the rules not the animal.
