I think they will become more boutique, and much more valuable in the near term. Only the cultures will decide if that remains. In my area, rugs woven by Navajo artists command huge fees. Analog prints sell for 8x digital. Arts and crafts have become more selective because the population is robbed of understanding the value of art by corporate and political madness. That seemingly cannot be stopped, so the artisan will have fewer buyers in total, but more devoted buyers in general.
And we have no one to blame but ourselves for out quick adoption of commoditized everything.
